Tilt and turn fittings. In this case, the sash can move both in a horizontal plane and tilt away from the frame in the upper part, which allows ventilation in this mode. The specific type of opening is selected by a certain position of the control handle. After the “closed” position (handle down), there is a turning position (handle horizontal), and then tilting (handle vertical).
